Welcome! I’m Erin, a Marine Corps veteran, online wellness coach, and mother of two living in Colorado. When I was 27, cancer quickly took my mother, my best friend, at the young age of 46. What a devastating whirlwind that was. I've been on a quest ever since to get to the bottom of why these debilitating diseases affect so many people, some so young. My pain-to-purpose goal in life is to help as many women as I can live longer and thrive. Nothing has grasped me more than the immediate and long-term therapeutic effects of intermittent fasting, which I discovered through IF expert and NP, Cynthia Thurlow in late 2019. I started the IF:45 journey myself (bonus: I lost 25 lbs and have kept it off!), have improved my metabolic health and feel better than I did in my 20s! My mother never got to meet her grandchildren, Asher and Stella. We talk about her often though, and if I can help just one woman gain the confidence to feel heard, take control of her health, be well and live well for longer, it'll be the most rewarding gift of our lives.
